1. Fake or incomplete COD orders
Random inboxes saying “bhej do COD” without size or address destroy accounts. Fix: never book until the buyer confirms details on a voice note or call. If they refuse verification, they were never a customer.
2. High Return-to-Origin (RTO)
Doorstep refusal, “husband nahi mana”, wrong house number — all burn courier cost. Fix: confirm landmark + alternate phone, avoid shipping during long holidays without warning, and pause cities with chronic RTO.
3. Thin margins after shipping reality
Copying Daraz “discount” prices while paying wholesale + COD logistics leaves nothing. Fix: price for your service and trust, not marketplace race-to-bottom. Use base rates from the network and add a margin you can defend.
4. Stockouts after you already sold
You promised a lawn print that finished overnight. Fix: sell from live broadcast stock, keep a waitlist message ready, and never sell “maybe available” as confirmed.
5. Tracking anxiety and customer pressure
Customers message hourly. Fix: set ETA bands (“3–5 working days in major cities”), share tracking when issued, and escalate only after the courier SLA is actually breached — not after 12 hours.
6. Brand leakage / non-white-label parcels
If a customer sees factory flyers or wholesale prices, your relationship dies. Fix: use a network that guarantees blind shipping and reseller-branded labeling. Ask during onboarding how your category is packed.
7. Payout confusion
People expect instant wallet credit on booking day. Fix: learn the settlement calendar (often Tuesday/Friday style cycles), keep CNIC-matched accounts, and reconcile every tracking ID on the itemized note. Questions go to support with the tracking number — not vague “mera paisa”.
