Reseller payouts explained: COD clearance, banks, Raast, and wallets

When you get paid, what line items mean, and how to reconcile settlements without stress.

Booking day is not payday

In COD dropshipping, cash exists after the courier collects from the customer and remits. Networks then deduct wholesale and shipping components and credit your margin. Expect a lag measured in days, organized into payout batches.

Typical payout rails in Pakistan

Bank transfer and Raast are preferred for larger amounts. JazzCash and EasyPaisa work within wallet limits. Always register payout details that match your CNIC to avoid compliance holds.

Reading an itemized settlement

A healthy note includes tracking ID, retail COD collected, wholesale deduction, shipping tariff, return charges if any, and net payable. If a line is unclear, reply with the tracking ID — not a screenshot of your entire chat history.

Cycles and cashflow planning

Twice-weekly cycles (e.g. Tuesday and Friday) are common. Plan personal expenses around batches. Do not spend “expected” margin from undelivered parcels.

Disputes and missing credits

Keep your own simple sheet: date booked, tracking, status, expected margin. When a delivered parcel misses a batch, escalate with proof of delivery status. Calm, specific tickets get solved; angry voice notes without tracking IDs get delayed.
